Having been awarded this two stage tender project to fully refurbish & extend the new sixth form centre, Prime Build and the design team worked together on a very tight programme.
On giving the design team a procurement schedule which allowed them to produce packages of information to tender and order placed in line with the project programme, works got underway. The project was set in the heart of the school so access and egress had to be stringent, ensuring good progress and maintaining the schools excellent safe-guarding measures within the busy school environment. 
Like all refurbishment projects, changes are inevitable, but with our full, open and honest approach by all members of the team, including the client, ensured timely decisions with immediate actions from all trades maintained the programme.
The project was completed on time, incorporating the full schools extensive fit-out works to ensure the new sixth form centre was up and running for the new autumn term allowing the children to study and relax and in a modern space.
