Work Description – 1st floor New mezzanine office space comprising of meeting & open planned office spaces with kitchen and rest room areas. The area consists of new partitions, ceilings and floor finishings, forming new external aluminium doors & windows including acoustic bi-folding partitions to office/meeting rooms.
Ground floor ablutions have been constructed from an existing steel climbing training frame. The  steel frame had to be adapted with new external roof & facades. The area comprised of male & female toilets, new changing area, showers, and the upgrade of several existing rooms to facilitate the new changes, complete mechanical & electrical installation to all areas.
Associated external works to the service yard to facilitate the increase of ambulances/cars including new drainage/charging points. Upgrades and reconfigure the entrance and exit points.

 

Project Specific Requirements - Working within a 24/7 working environment ensuring the project has no impact to the daily operations of the ambulance service. Close liaison with the unit’s management, briefing them on daily construction tasks and being flexible to the needs of the everchanging daily ambulance station.
